Terms of purchase

Terms and conditions for booking and paying for a motorhome pitch at Gränna Guest House.

These terms and conditions apply between Gränna Hamnkrog Park AB and the person who himself or through another person books / pays for a parking space at the Gränna guesthouse.

The buyer/payer is referred to as “Customer” in the Terms and Conditions. The supplier is identified as “Gränna Hamnkrog Park AB”, “We” or “Gränna Gästplats”.

The reservation/payment is for the rental of a pitch at Gränna Gästplats. Customers/guests at Gränna Gästplats are required to follow the “Rules of Order” that apply to the guest/site, this document is available in its entirety at https://grannagastplats.se/information

Customers / guests who do not follow these regulations, Gränna Gästplats staff have the right to expel from the area.

Booking and payment for individuals

To book & pay for a parking space on the website ” https://grannagastplats.se”, the customer must be at least 18 years old. The payment of the fee requires a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or (BankId and Swish).

Booking a seat

The price includes the rental of the site, the booking fee, the connection (including consumption) of electricity (16A) and the use of the service facility.

All seats are booked from 13:00 to 12:00.

Payment/Booking confirmation

Payment is made directly at the time of booking.

On receipt of the booking confirmation, it must be checked to ensure that all the information is correct. It is the responsibility of the customer/purchaser to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. The booking confirmation is sent by email. In case of error, Gränna Hamnkrog Park AB should be contacted within 7 days of receipt of the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.

Cancellation of a booked place

Cancellation can only be made by e-mail to info@gastplatsgranna.se. Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the start of the reservation. In case of later cancellation, the fee is not refunded.

Liability for property/damage

Gränna Hamnkrog Park AB Pub & Restaurang AB is not responsible for forgotten items.

Gränna Hamnkrog Park AB is not responsible for damage caused by third parties.

Other obligations and rules of conduct

The customer/guest must take good care of the site and the facilities and comply with the rules, instructions and regulations in force.

Between 22:00 and 08:00, customers/guests must be considerate and quiet towards other guests.

Only barbecues may be used. Consider the risk of fire, check your extinguishing equipment.

Each electrical outlet is 16 amps, which basically means power for charging only. Overdrafts risk knocking out all or part of our electricity network. In case of obvious misuse, we reserve the right to invoice the repair costs. One socket per car.

Pets should be kept on a leash or in a cage.

Environmental waste must be deposited in an environmental station. Rubbish must be placed in the designated bins. Other waste should not be flushed or thrown in the area.

Payment of the fee is done online.

The drinking water must not be used for washing vehicles.

The use of personal data

By using this website, you also agree to Gränna Hamnkrog Park AB’s data policy.

Breach of contract

This is an agreement between the customer (client) and Gränna Hamnkrog Park AB. The agreement will be terminated with immediate effect if:

• The conditions of this document are not met.
• The customer/guests in the party are disruptive in the area.
• The customer/guests in the party commit vandalism in the area.

If a breach of contract occurs, the customer/guests in the party must leave the area immediately. In case of destruction or disruptive behavior, damages may be claimed from the supplier.

Force majeure

In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics and other events that are considered force majeure, Gränna Hamnkrog Park AB can cancel the agreement, whereby the customer and guests must be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, Gränna Hamnkrog Park AB is obliged to repay the amount paid, with the exception of the benefit derived from the site.
